PRIVACY POLICY
You can rest assured that we maintain a strict non-disclosure policy and use information and 3D data only for the purposes of manufacturing your part. Our clients and projects are confidential, and we maintain strict file security on a secure database at all times. We generally keep files in our database for 30 days after printing for your convenience, but you may request to have your files deleted immediately.
RETURN POLICY
We will endeavor to produce your model to the highest standard of care. Our staff will check your model for major geometrical errors related to printability, but please be aware that not all geometrical errors can be identified visually or through our software. The design and quality of the geometry remains solely your responsibility. If you are however unsatisfied with your part due to our machine error, please contact us within one week and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Remedy may include reprinting from the original file if it is determined that the problem is due to machine error rather than design error. Please understand that your model is custom manufactured from your design data and cannot be returned or refunded.
TIGHT DEADLINES
Extremely tight delivery dates are estimated. We will do our best to bring it down to the wire for you, but we cannot make written or verbal guarantees.
MODEL ASSEMBLY
Crystalline reserves the right to orient models for printing based on our experience of how to optimize speed and print quality. We also reserve the right to split and glue oversize parts as necessary. Split and glue seams may be slightly visible. Please let us know if you have specific concerns about these issues and we will address them at that time.
COPYRIGHTS
Copyright ownership is the client's responsibility. By submitting your 3D data to us we assume you are the author or have the right to print that part.
PAYMENT
In order to begin manufacturing your model, we require guarantee of payment by credit card. Your card will be charged when the print begins; once jobs are started they cannot be cancelled. We also happily accept business checks from clients we are familiar with.
