Objet Eden 260V Polyjet. These in-house machines are the highest resolution printers available in the industry, with .00006“ (16 microns) layer thicknesses. Polyjet models are perfect for intricate designs where fine detail and high production speed are required. This is a UV light cured liquid resin process; layer stepping is virtually invisible. Material choices are clear amber (Fullcure 720), opaque white (VeroWhite), and opaque grey (Verogrey). We also run other materials upon request, including other Vero colors and Tango rubber-like materials. Materials are all resin-based and can be finished in any number of ways, although finishing is not usually required. The model bed is 9.8” (250 mm) x 9.8” (250mm) x 7.9” (200mm). Dividing your model into socketed components will allow larger sizes. |

Dimension 1200ES SST.These in-house machines print .010 inch layer thicknesses in ABSplus which is a high strength plastic, perfect for fit and function as well as form and massing models. It is an FDM or fused deposition process, which builds up layers of hot ABS which bond to each other as they cool. Layer steps are visible, depending on geometry. We run ABS natural which is off-white as well as a wide range of colors upon request. Models can be sanded, painted, and drilled, and are extremely strong. The model bed is 10” (250mm) x10” (250mm) x 12” (300mm). Dividing your model into socketed components will allow larger sizes. |

Parts are digitally machined out of polyurethane foam, ABS plastic, or acrylic, and can be very large. Applications include motion picture props, automotive prototypes, and fine art. Injection Molding. For short production runs, we can use your Eden polyjet master to produce silicone molds for resin-based materials in any color and transparency. For larger runs, we use high-speed machined aluminum molds. 3D Laser Scanning. These scans produce a high-resolution digital model which can be used for reductions, enlargements, or digital development. Scanned objects can be very small or very large, from a small sculpture to the size of a horse. |
